"Kept Expecting It to Get Better"
I was really hoping this would hit the spot, but it didn’t do much for my cravings at all. It felt like every time I tried to give it another chance, the goalposts kept moving, first I thought maybe I needed more, then maybe I needed to wait longer, but nope. Just wasn’t satisfying for me.

I just dealt with an issue on my device recently, the support experience really stuck with me. Warranty support didn’t make it a hassle at all. It took a couple of emails back and forth, but they kept me in the loop and ended up replacing it. After how smoothly this was handled, I’m feeling happy with the company right now.

"Decent, but kind of forgettable"
The flavor was okay, not bad at all, but not really something I’d be excited to buy again. It tasted a little too light for me, and after a while it just felt kind of flat. I did like that it wasn’t harsh or weird tasting, so that’s a plus. I just wish the flavor had more of a kick and lasted longer. i feel like I’m saying the same thing and nobody’s really reading it, but 3 stars feels fair

The site was simple to figure out and didn’t give me any trouble while I was using it. Everything felt straightforward, which I really appreciated. it was a relief to have the process go smoothly, and I felt good about the experience in the end

"Decent flavors, but I wanted more options"
I stopped by recently, and the flavors I tried were fine, nothing bad, just not super memorable. Since that last visit is fresh in my mind, I mostly remember wishing there were a few more choices to pick from. I’d probably go back, but I hope they switch things up a bit.

I tossed this in my bag not really expecting much, mostly because smaller ones I’ve tried before usually feel kind of underwhelming. I used it on and off for a bit, and after getting used to it, I realized the vapor is actually really smooth and thicker than I expected. It definitely doesn’t have that weak feel some others do

"Lasted Way Longer Than I Thought"
I judged these quickly and assumed the pods would run out fast, but I was wrong. They’ve lasted longer than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

"Worked fine at first , then kind of gave out"
I bought an NJOY device and honestly , it seemed fine at first . After a couple days though , it just stopped hitting the same . The light still turns on , but there is barely any vapor coming out . For the price , it was frustrating . Customer service was okay , but nothing really got fixed .

My order from njoy.com showed up when it was supposed to, and the tracking was easy enough to follow. There weren’t any missed deliveries or strange delays, which I definitely appreciated. The packaging was okay too. though, I was kind of disappointed because the whole experience felt basic and not as impressive as I expected. It was smooth, just not anything special.

"Decent, but I’m not totally sold yet"
From what I remember, njoy was okay overall. Nothing about it really screamed scam to me, and the brand seems legit enough, but I can’t say I trust it the way I trust some of the bigger names. I do remember finding the info I needed without much trouble, though the support and updates didn’t really stick out as great. Maybe I’m forgetting a few details, but it felt like a average experience to me. Not bad, just not something I’m super confident in yet. 3 stars feels about right.

"Good Value Overall"
Prices felt fair for what I got. Definitely not the cheapest out there, but compared to a few other places I looked at, it seemed like a better deal. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the shipping cost, but I still felt like I came out ahead, so I’ll take that as a small win.

"Fast shipping, but they should double-check orders"
My NJOY order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but one of the flavors was wrong. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was definitely annoying. If someone pays for a specific item, I think it’s only fair that the company makes sure they send the right thing.

I’ve been using my NJOY from njoy.com for a little while now, and to be fair, the battery has been impressive. I usually charge it overnight, and it gets me through the next day without much stress. That was my biggest concern, because I didn’t want to be hunting for a charger halfway through the day. With regular use, it’s held up better than some others I’ve tried. Ordering was simple too, so overall I’m happy with it

"Tired of checking what’s actually in stock"
I do like the products when I’m able to get them, but ordering from NJOY has gotten kind of frustrating. The site itself is easy enough to use, but it feels like the flavors or pods I want are out of stock way too often. At this point I’m just tired of checking back and hoping they have what I need. It’s not a terrible experience, but it’s definitely not as convenient as it should be.

"Product was fine, packaging could’ve been better"
The packaging was okay, but not amazing. The box looked nice at first, though mine showed up with a dent on one corner, and the inside felt kind of cheap. The product itself was totally fine, so I’m not too upset about it. I just kind of expected it to be packed a little better for shipping, especially since… I don’t know, it just seemed like it should’ve been a bit more protected...

Not gonna lie, the replacement was fine in the end, but the refund emails took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit slow and kind of annoying to deal with

"Support actually got back to me"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure if anyone was going to bother replying quickly. I sent a message expecting it to maybe sit there for a while, but they got back to me the same day. They explained what had happened, fixed it without making a huge deal out of it, and were easy to deal with. Nice to see support actually responding instead of leaving customers guessing.

"I’ve been using NJOY for a while…"
I’ve been using njoy for a while now, and the pod connection has been really solid. It clicks in easily and I’m not sitting there frustrated, wiggling it around or pulling it out over and over just to get it to hit. That kind of waiting around drives me crazy, so it’s nice that this one just works. No weird misfires so far, which is pretty much all I was hoping for.
